HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

and enter the order information provided in the confirmation email.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
You can cancel or modify your order within 24
hours after completing the purchase. We cannot make any changes after 24 hours
as your order will already be in production.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO GET?
We know ordering online can be a
gamble, but we make it easy. You may find our Size Chart in the product description section of the product page.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR HAS A DEFECT?
Your satisfaction is our priority. And while all of our products are carefully inspected before shipment, sometimes things slip through the cracks.
So if your order is flawed, damaged, of poor-quality, or incorrect in any way, we’ll reprint and send you a new one free of charge.

We will charge your account immediately after you successfully place your order.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not
subsequently stored.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All our products are custom-printed and handmade. Depending on the number of orders we are currently processing, it will take between 3 to 6 business days to produce your products. After you receive a shipping confirmation, you can add on the shipping time estimates below (does not include weekends/public holidays).
- Continental US: 7 - 10 business days
- Non-Continental US / Military Bases: 7 - 10 business days + 2 weeks
- Australia, UK, and Canada: 8 - 12 business days (ships DDP)
- Rest of the world: 8 - 25 business days
We are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
We will send your tracking number and information to your email 5 to 10 days after you place your order.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT GIVES?
If you don’t receive your VacayThreads items 30 days after making your purchase, that’s super weird and we want to know! Contact our customer support team at customercare@vacaythreads.com, or message us on our Contact Us page.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
You can enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping method on the Secured Checkout page.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the items you've selected. You will see the shipping cost for your order at the bottom of the page.
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the price of the product nor in the shipping. These charges vary from one country to another and are unfortunately, your responsibility.
You could verify the charges with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional fees might be.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within the U.S.: We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of ship date.
International: We are happy to accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receipt, but we are
unable to offer exchanges for our international customers at this time.
